Melt 36⅙ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 10⅓ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 31 cloves garlic, minced and 10⅓ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 51⅔ tbsp tomato passata Add 4133⅓ ml chicken stock Add 12400 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 2583⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
