Melt 37 11/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 10⅚ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 32½ cloves garlic, minced and 10⅚ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 54⅙ tbsp tomato passata Add 4333⅓ ml chicken stock Add 13000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 2708⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
