Melt 38½ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 11 large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 33 cloves garlic, minced and 11 tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 55 tbsp tomato passata Add 4400 ml chicken stock Add 13200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 2750 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
