Sweat ¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add ¼ large carrot, chopped and 1½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 5 g parsley, chopped Add 5 g coriander, chopped Add 3/16 tsp ground turmeric Add ½ tsp ground cumin Add ¼ tsp chili flakes Add 150 g lamb mince Season with 3/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add ¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 10 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
