Sweat ½ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add ½ large carrot, chopped and 3 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 10 g parsley, chopped Add 10 g coriander, chopped Add ⅜ tsp ground turmeric Add 1 tsp ground cumin Add ½ tsp chili flakes Add 300 g lamb mince Season with ⅜ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add ½ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 20 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
