Sweat 25½ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 25½ large carrot, chopped and 153 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 510 g parsley, chopped Add 510 g coriander, chopped Add 19⅛ tsp ground turmeric Add 51 tsp ground cumin Add 25½ tsp chili flakes Add 15300 g lamb mince Season with 19⅛ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 25½ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 1020 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
