Sweat 25¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 25¼ large carrot, chopped and 151½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 505 g parsley, chopped Add 505 g coriander, chopped Add 18 15/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 50½ tsp ground cumin Add 25¼ tsp chili flakes Add 15150 g lamb mince Season with 18 15/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 25¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 1010 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
