Sweat 4¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 4¾ large carrot, chopped and 28½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 95 g parsley, chopped Add 95 g coriander, chopped Add 3 9/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 9½ tsp ground cumin Add 4¾ tsp chili flakes Add 2850 g lamb mince Season with 3 9/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 4¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 190 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
