Sweat 4½ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 4½ large carrot, chopped and 27 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 90 g parsley, chopped Add 90 g coriander, chopped Add 3⅜ tsp ground turmeric Add 9 tsp ground cumin Add 4½ tsp chili flakes Add 2700 g lamb mince Season with 3⅜ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 4½ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 180 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
