Sweat 5½ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 5½ large carrot, chopped and 33 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 110 g parsley, chopped Add 110 g coriander, chopped Add 4⅛ tsp ground turmeric Add 11 tsp ground cumin Add 5½ tsp chili flakes Add 3300 g lamb mince Season with 4⅛ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 5½ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 220 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
