Sweat 5¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 5¾ large carrot, chopped and 34½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 115 g parsley, chopped Add 115 g coriander, chopped Add 4 5/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 11½ tsp ground cumin Add 5¾ tsp chili flakes Add 3450 g lamb mince Season with 4 5/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 5¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 230 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
