Sweat 6¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 6¼ large carrot, chopped and 37½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 125 g parsley, chopped Add 125 g coriander, chopped Add 4 11/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 12½ tsp ground cumin Add 6¼ tsp chili flakes Add 3750 g lamb mince Season with 4 11/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 6¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 250 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
