Sweat 6 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 6 large carrot, chopped and 36 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 120 g parsley, chopped Add 120 g coriander, chopped Add 4½ tsp ground turmeric Add 12 tsp ground cumin Add 6 tsp chili flakes Add 3600 g lamb mince Season with 4½ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 6 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 240 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
