Sweat 6¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 6¾ large carrot, chopped and 40½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 135 g parsley, chopped Add 135 g coriander, chopped Add 5 1/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 13½ tsp ground cumin Add 6¾ tsp chili flakes Add 4050 g lamb mince Season with 5 1/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 6¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 270 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
