Sweat 7 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 7 large carrot, chopped and 42 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 140 g parsley, chopped Add 140 g coriander, chopped Add 5¼ tsp ground turmeric Add 14 tsp ground cumin Add 7 tsp chili flakes Add 4200 g lamb mince Season with 5¼ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 7 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 280 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
