¾ large onion, chopped ¾ large carrot, chopped 4½ cloves garlic, chopped 15 g parsley, chopped 15 g coriander, chopped 9/16 tsp ground turmeric ¾ tsp chili flakes 1½ tsp ground cumin 450 g lamb mince ¾ can tomato polpa 30 g pine nuts, toasted 9/16 tsp salt

Sweat ¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add ¾ large carrot, chopped and 4½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 15 g parsley, chopped Add 15 g coriander, chopped Add 9/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 1½ tsp ground cumin Add ¾ tsp chili flakes Add 450 g lamb mince Season with 9/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add ¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 30 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
