Sweat 10¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 10¼ large carrot, chopped and 61½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 205 g parsley, chopped Add 205 g coriander, chopped Add 7 11/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 20½ tsp ground cumin Add 10¼ tsp chili flakes Add 6150 g lamb mince Season with 7 11/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 10¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 410 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
