Sweat 10 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 10 large carrot, chopped and 60 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 200 g parsley, chopped Add 200 g coriander, chopped Add 7½ tsp ground turmeric Add 20 tsp ground cumin Add 10 tsp chili flakes Add 6000 g lamb mince Season with 7½ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 10 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 400 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
