Sweat 10¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 10¾ large carrot, chopped and 64½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 215 g parsley, chopped Add 215 g coriander, chopped Add 8 1/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 21½ tsp ground cumin Add 10¾ tsp chili flakes Add 6450 g lamb mince Season with 8 1/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 10¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 430 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
