Sweat 11 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 11 large carrot, chopped and 66 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 220 g parsley, chopped Add 220 g coriander, chopped Add 8¼ tsp ground turmeric Add 22 tsp ground cumin Add 11 tsp chili flakes Add 6600 g lamb mince Season with 8¼ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 11 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 440 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
