1¼ large onion, chopped 1¼ large carrot, chopped 7½ cloves garlic, chopped 25 g parsley, chopped 25 g coriander, chopped 15/16 tsp ground turmeric 1¼ tsp chili flakes 2½ tsp ground cumin 750 g lamb mince 1¼ can tomato polpa 50 g pine nuts, toasted 15/16 tsp salt

Sweat 1¼ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 1¼ large carrot, chopped and 7½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 25 g parsley, chopped Add 25 g coriander, chopped Add 15/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 2½ tsp ground cumin Add 1¼ tsp chili flakes Add 750 g lamb mince Season with 15/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 1¼ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 50 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
