1½ large onion, chopped 1½ large carrot, chopped 9 cloves garlic, chopped 30 g parsley, chopped 30 g coriander, chopped 1⅛ tsp ground turmeric 1½ tsp chili flakes 3 tsp ground cumin 900 g lamb mince 1½ can tomato polpa 60 g pine nuts, toasted 1⅛ tsp salt

Sweat 1½ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 1½ large carrot, chopped and 9 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 30 g parsley, chopped Add 30 g coriander, chopped Add 1⅛ tsp ground turmeric Add 3 tsp ground cumin Add 1½ tsp chili flakes Add 900 g lamb mince Season with 1⅛ tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 1½ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 60 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
