Sweat 16 large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 16 large carrot, chopped and 96 cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 320 g parsley, chopped Add 320 g coriander, chopped Add 12 tsp ground turmeric Add 32 tsp ground cumin Add 16 tsp chili flakes Add 9600 g lamb mince Season with 12 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 16 can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 640 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
