Sweat 15¾ large onion, chopped in a large pot, ~5 mins Add 15¾ large carrot, chopped and 94½ cloves garlic, chopped and brown for ~7 mins Add 315 g parsley, chopped Add 315 g coriander, chopped Add 11 13/16 tsp ground turmeric Add 31½ tsp ground cumin Add 15¾ tsp chili flakes Add 9450 g lamb mince Season with 11 13/16 tsp salt and pepper Cook for ~12 minutes until meat is browned Add 15¾ can tomato polpa and cook for another 10 minutes Serve with flatbreads, 630 g pine nuts, toasted and greek yoghurt
