Melt 5⅚ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 1⅔ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 5 cloves garlic, minced and 1⅔ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 8⅓ tbsp tomato passata Add 666⅔ ml chicken stock Add 2000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 416⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
