Melt 6 5/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 1⅚ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 5½ cloves garlic, minced and 1⅚ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 9⅙ tbsp tomato passata Add 733⅓ ml chicken stock Add 2200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 458⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
