Melt 68¼ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 19½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 58½ cloves garlic, minced and 19½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 97½ tbsp tomato passata Add 7800 ml chicken stock Add 23400 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 4875 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
