Melt 70 7/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 20⅙ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 60½ cloves garlic, minced and 20⅙ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 100⅚ tbsp tomato passata Add 8066⅔ ml chicken stock Add 24200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 5041⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
