Melt 71⅙ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 20⅓ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 61 cloves garlic, minced and 20⅓ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 101⅔ tbsp tomato passata Add 8133⅓ ml chicken stock Add 24400 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 5083⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
