Melt 71¾ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 20½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 61½ cloves garlic, minced and 20½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 102½ tbsp tomato passata Add 8200 ml chicken stock Add 24600 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 5125 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
