Melt 73½ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 21 large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 63 cloves garlic, minced and 21 tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 105 tbsp tomato passata Add 8400 ml chicken stock Add 25200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 5250 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
