Melt 75¼ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 21½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 64½ cloves garlic, minced and 21½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 107½ tbsp tomato passata Add 8600 ml chicken stock Add 25800 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 5375 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
