Melt 75⅚ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 21⅔ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 65 cloves garlic, minced and 21⅔ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 108⅓ tbsp tomato passata Add 8666⅔ ml chicken stock Add 26000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 5416⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
