Melt 78¾ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 22½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 67½ cloves garlic, minced and 22½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 112½ tbsp tomato passata Add 9000 ml chicken stock Add 27000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 5625 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
