Melt 80½ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 23 large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 69 cloves garlic, minced and 23 tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 115 tbsp tomato passata Add 9200 ml chicken stock Add 27600 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 5750 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
