Melt 8⅙ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 2⅓ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 7 cloves garlic, minced and 2⅓ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 11⅔ tbsp tomato passata Add 933⅓ ml chicken stock Add 2800 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 583⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
