Melt 82¼ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 23½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 70½ cloves garlic, minced and 23½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 117½ tbsp tomato passata Add 9400 ml chicken stock Add 28200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 5875 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
