Melt 85¾ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 24½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 73½ cloves garlic, minced and 24½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 122½ tbsp tomato passata Add 9800 ml chicken stock Add 29400 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 6125 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
