Melt 87½ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 25 large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 75 cloves garlic, minced and 25 tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 125 tbsp tomato passata Add 10000 ml chicken stock Add 30000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 6250 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
