Melt 88 1/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 25⅙ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 75½ cloves garlic, minced and 25⅙ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 125⅚ tbsp tomato passata Add 10066⅔ ml chicken stock Add 30200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 6291⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
