Melt 89¼ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 25½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 76½ cloves garlic, minced and 25½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 127½ tbsp tomato passata Add 10200 ml chicken stock Add 30600 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 6375 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
