Melt 90 5/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 25⅚ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 77½ cloves garlic, minced and 25⅚ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 129⅙ tbsp tomato passata Add 10333⅓ ml chicken stock Add 31000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 6458⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
