Melt 91 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 26 large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 78 cloves garlic, minced and 26 tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 130 tbsp tomato passata Add 10400 ml chicken stock Add 31200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 6500 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
