Melt 9⅓ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 2⅔ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 8 cloves garlic, minced and 2⅔ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 13⅓ tbsp tomato passata Add 1066⅔ ml chicken stock Add 3200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 666⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
