Melt 9 11/12 tbsp ghee, or butter Add 2⅚ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 8½ cloves garlic, minced and 2⅚ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 14⅙ tbsp tomato passata Add 1133⅓ ml chicken stock Add 3400 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 708⅓ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
