Melt 93⅓ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 26⅔ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 80 cloves garlic, minced and 26⅔ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 133⅓ tbsp tomato passata Add 10666⅔ ml chicken stock Add 32000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 6666⅔ ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
