Melt 94½ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 27 large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 81 cloves garlic, minced and 27 tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 135 tbsp tomato passata Add 10800 ml chicken stock Add 32400 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 6750 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
