Melt 96¼ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 27½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 82½ cloves garlic, minced and 27½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 137½ tbsp tomato passata Add 11000 ml chicken stock Add 33000 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 6875 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
