Melt 99¾ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 28½ large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 85½ cloves garlic, minced and 28½ tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 142½ tbsp tomato passata Add 11400 ml chicken stock Add 34200 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 7125 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
