Melt 101½ tbsp ghee, or butter Add 29 large onion, chopped, cook until golden Add 87 cloves garlic, minced and 29 tbsp ginger, grated, cook 1 min Stir in spices Add 145 tbsp tomato passata Add 11600 ml chicken stock Add 34800 g meat, diced chicken / lamb Simmer for ~1h45m Add 7250 ml cream Add {spinach} Serve with rice, poppadoms, mango chutney, and raita
